• To Correct details in your existing card Form 8
• For shift in your C Form 8A.
• To Delete name Form 7

Ensure to check your Enrollment or corrections desired are effected in the rolls as per your request application in step3 by checking in Final publication of Rolls on 10th January 2008.

(Names and relation are spelled correctly, residence address, Area, pin code details, date of birth are correct and ERROR FREE).
